Conceived by a group of visionary parents of developmentally challenged individuals, Parents for Community Living provides residential supports to children and adults with a developmental disability.
PCL has been operating since 1989 and currently supports 31 individuals in eight homes and one apartment setting.
PCL also provides respite supports to both children and adults
